TIPS & REMINDERS

• Introduce yourself at the start so the All Stars know who you are

• Please wear a name tag

• Check for any injuries in the group before you start

• Take water breaks between each activity

• These are guides for sessions, feel free to adapt them to suit your group

• Go with the flow - things don't always go to plan!

• It's all about the All Stars being active and having fun in a safe environment

• Ask the All Stars what they did (and didn't!) enjoy to help us design next week's session!
